Daily Guests: A non-refundable deposit of $60.67 ($182.00 for holiday weekends) is required to guarantee a site. The deposit will be applied toward any balance due upon check-in. 5% discount for cash. 5% loyalty discount for your second stay during the same calendar year. 10% loyalty discount for your third or subsequent stay during the same calendar year. 5% discount for active and retired U.S. military personnel with military ID. Discounts cannot be combined. No discounts for 1-night stays or for holiday weekends.

Monthly or Seasonal Guests: A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to guarantee a site, which will be used as the security deposit upon check-in. 5% discount for cash.

• Daily, Monthly, and Seasonal Rates are for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Any additional guests will be charged the Extra Person Rate.
  
  
• Campsite fees include space for one RV, and one vehicle at the site. Extra vehicle fees apply to additional vehicles and must be approved, in advance.
  
  
• 2-night minimum on weekends, April 1 - October 31. 3-night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
  
  
• Bathroom use fee is for guests that wish to use the campground bathroom, instead of the bathroom in their RV. Campers without bathrooms are not subject to the fee. The fee covers a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests will be charged $5/day per guest.
